I was a little disappointed with the ordering and shipping process. After placing my order, I waited almost three weeks to receive my item. During that time, I reached out requesting an update but never received a response until after I posted a complaint comment on Facebook, along with another customer who was experiencing a similar issue.

I was then contacted by email and informed that the item I ordered had been out of stock when I placed my order. I completely understand that things can sell out, but I feel that should have been clearly stated on the website when ordering, or I should have received an email letting me know. Better communication would have made a huge difference and would have kept me from questioning whether the business was legitimate.

Because of the experience, I’m also no longer interested in moving forward with the ambassador program I had signed up for. I would want to give my followers completely honest feedback about the brands I represent, and unfortunately, my experience with the ordering process was not a positive one.

That being said, I do really love the design of the tank top. However, I was disappointed with the material as well, because it stretched out fairly quickly after wearing it.

Overall, I love the look and design, but I think the communication, shipping process, and quality of the material could use some improvement.

Our apparel is made to order, and your order ran into an unexpected issue during fulfillment that we don’t normally experience.

I was also waiting on updates from production so I could give you an accurate answer. The delay wasn’t intentional, but I recognize that your message should still have been acknowledged sooner, even without a confirmed update. I apologize for that communication gap.
