Please read through our shipping, returns, exchanges, replacement, and order policies before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders take around 2 to 5 business days to process before they ship. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

During holidays, sales, high order volume, or supplier delays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time

Most orders take around 7 to 14 business days to arrive after processing.

Shipping times can vary depending on the item, carrier, location, weather, holidays, and other delays outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking to update after the carrier receives the package.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

SwingN9t is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Delivered But Missing

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, porch, delivery area, neighbors, front desk, and local carrier office.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, SwingN9t may be limited in what we can do, but we will still help point you in the right direction.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, ripped, misprinted, or with a quality issue, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and help with a replacement or solution when approved.

Returns & Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be considered for a return or exchange.

Custom & Made Items

Custom items, personalized items, and items made specifically for your order may not be eligible for return unless there is a mistake, damage, or defect.

Please make sure all spelling, sizing, and order details are correct before checking out.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has started processing, been sent to production, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Refunds

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to show in your account.

Fraud & Chargebacks

Orders flagged as high risk, suspicious, fraudulent, or disputed may be delayed, cancelled, or reviewed before fulfillment.

False claims, chargebacks, or fraud reports may be challenged with order records, customer communication, tracking, delivery confirmation, and other evidence.

SwingN9t does its best to get every order processed, shipped, and delivered as smoothly as possible. However, shipping delays, carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other problems outside of our control can happen.
