Clear from the start: refunded, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, self-dealing, or invalid orders may not count toward commission, monthly review, MVP, monthly pick, or Pro Rider review.

- Members must represent SwingN9t in a positive and professional way.
- Members must follow all social media platform rules.
- Members must not make false claims about SwingN9t, products, discounts, perks, or sponsorship opportunities.
- Members must not promise discounts, free gear, event support, or payment that SwingN9t has not approved.
- Members must not spam people with codes, links, comments, or messages.
- Members must not abuse personal discount codes or create fake sales.
- No hateful, racist, violent, illegal, offensive, or harmful content while representing SwingN9t.
- SwingN9t can remove anyone for inactivity, dishonesty, coupon abuse, poor representation, inappropriate behavior, or anything that hurts the brand.
- Members are not employees and are not guaranteed income, sales, free gear, or sponsorship.
- Approved members can earn 10% commission on valid qualifying sales through their approved code or link.
- Canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or invalid orders may not count toward commission or monthly review.
- Commission payouts follow the affiliate platform rules and are only paid on eligible completed orders after refunds, cancellations, and disputes are cleared.
- Minimum payout amount, payout method, and payout schedule may depend on the affiliate platform.
- By participating, members allow SwingN9t to repost submitted, tagged, or public content for brand promotion unless otherwise requested.
- Applicants under 18 may need parent or guardian approval.
- SwingN9t may update program details, rewards, rules, commission, kit details, or sponsorship opportunities at any time.
